Course Content

During the internship, students have the opportunity to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge and skills to practical and professional experiences.

Under the supervision of an experienced qualified professional, students become acquainted and gain experience from the field.

The internship allows students to gain insight in the tasks and structure of specific organizations; to reflect on specific challenges within the field and to develop professional attitudes and skills.

Additional info

The internship location is chosen in consultation with the internship promoter. Before the start of the internship, an agreement must be made and learning objectives and possible assignments discussed. Students prepare a report on their internship that is submitted before 1 May 2021 and forms part of the final evaluation. The final report contains a report of the research conducted, a thorough deepening of the internship assignments and a critical reflection on one's own learning process. During the internship (100 internship hours), the student is supervised at the workplace by an internship promoter with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. The internship promoter is appointed by the responsible person or director of the organization and makes the student familiar with the daily operation and specific expectations of the organization, involves the student in the work and guides the student in the agreed internship assignments.
