- Course Content
- The course confronts the student with some juridical items:
1. Description of the juridical situation of the elderly person, focusing on legal protection of the dependent, vulnerable elderly. Details are given about the condition of "temporary administration"; maltreatment, focusing on possible legal remediation.
2. Various legal issues are discussed: the right to visit grandchildren; allowance; heritage; euthanasia; patient rights; driving; fixation; contracts for care-givers.
