The module Pratique du français 2 has three main objectives :
During the first class, the specific modalities of the module will be communicated to the students via a vade mecum. This vade mecum is a binding document.

The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Oral Exam determines 15% of the final mark.
Written Exam determines 15% of the final mark.
Other Exam determines 70% of the final mark.

Assessment methods : continuous assessment (70% of the final mark) and periodic evaluation (end-of-year oral and written examination : 30% of the final mark).
This course consists of several components :
- continuous assessment :
- oral examination : 15%
- written examination : 15%
Participation in every test or task of the continuous assessment is required to have access to the end-of-year examination.
Students who obtain an average mark equal to or higher than 14/20 for the language tests are exempt from the written examination. In that case, this average mark is doubled (30% of the final mark).
Students need to score at least 8/20 on each assessment components to pass the course Pratique du français 2. The maximum final mark which can be awarded to students who do not achieve a grade of at least 8/20 for at least one of the components is 9/20.
Students who fail the course in the first exam session and who received a pass score for one or several of the components can carry over these scores to the second exam session.
