Gaining insight in the physical properties of natural ice.
Gaining insight in the dynamics of natural ice masses as they occur on the Earth’s surface.
Understanding the interactions between natural ice masses and the atmosphere, ocean, and lithosphere.
Be able to develop a simple numerical flow model.
Be able to analyse the results of an existing computer model.
The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Oral Exam determines 60% of the final mark.
PRAC Practical Assignment determines 40% of the final mark.
