This course is arranged by the Royal Military Academy (RMA) and it will take place at the Beauvechain Air Base. Due to the necessary planning of the course by the RMA there is a different procedure valid for subscription to this course:

1. Students officially subscribe to this course at the beginning of the first semester (via your individual study program - ISP)

2. Students that would like to redraw from this course, inform the ISP-responsible at the latest three weeks before the start of the lectures in Beauvechain. They officially adjust their ISP as soon as the ISP application is open again.

3. Students that have not officially subscribed to the course at the beginning of the first semester, but would still like to add this course to their program, will need to inform the ISP-responsible at the latest three weeks before the start of the lectures in Beauvechain.

This implies that three weeks before the start of the lectures in Beauvechain the subscription is final.
