Course Content

The HRM-cylcus is used to introduce and link various HR-processes such as recruitment and selection, competence management, performance evaluation, function evaluation and training and development. We also discuss the following themes: psychosocial wellbeing at work, leardership, teams, motivation and individual differences between employees. We considere these topics both from a theoretical perspective as well as from a practical perspective, with examples from the health care sector. Where possible, results from recent scientific studies are discussed. During this course, we also explore and practice some basic skills of supervisors (e.g., selection interview, giving feedback).
