- Course Content
In this course we have a look at the role of human resources within an organization. The HRM-cylcus is used to introduce and link various HR-processes such as recruitment and selection, competence management, performance evaluation, and training and development. We also discuss other themes such as psychosocial wellbeing at work, leardership, teams, motivation and individual differences between employees. We consider these topics both from a theoretical perspective as well as from a practical perspective, with examples from the health care sector. Where possible, results from recent scientific studies are discussed.
