Course Content

The first part of this course aims at translating specific (theoretical) concepts prevalent in HRM into specific competences (i.e., knowledge, skills, experience and attitude) which are significant for HR managers to use in a sport context.

In the second part, these competences will then be translated into specific behaviors which can be used by HR managers in a sport context.

In the third part, a behavioral change model will be discussed which can be used with personnel. The evaluation is made by way of a group presentation, brought by all students together.
