In pthis part 1 of the course the biological machanisms of the aging process are taught.

General learning outcomes

Acquire the general knowledge that constitutes the basis of the Gerontological sciences, and more specifically about the biological aspects where one should be able to give an overview of the biological processes that result in the aging process.
