Werkwijze: Internship. The internship has to be completed in one of the 35 official pain centres in Bedlgium, under supervision of an appointed (local) trainer who is linked to a coordinating supervisor working in an academic multidisciplinary pain center. Coordinating supervisors are Guy Hans, Bart Morlion, Jacques Devulder, Marie-Elisabeth Faymonville, Anne Berquin en Jan Poelaert.

Examen: permanente evaluatie

The student will draw up an internship report during his internship in which he evaluates his own progression. This report will be discussed and evaluated on a monthly basis with the assigned internship instructor.

The student will also draw up a logbook (= portfolio) which contains all the executed medical activities.

At the end of the internship perio, after 1,5 month, there will be an end evaluation.

If students do not attend all evaluations (such as absence at the monthly evaluation moment or the insufficient filloing out of the portfolio), they will receive a FAIL. All elements have to be completed to receive a PASS. All evaluation parameters are equally important.
