Course Content
  • An overview of existing dispute resolution mechanisms such as negotiation, partnering, dispute review board, mediation (peaceful settlement of disputes), conciliation, case evaluation, settlement counsel, mini-trial, arbitration, baseball arbitration, arb-med, med-arb, arb-med-arb, etc;
  • Comparing the commercial advantages of different dispute resolution mechanisms;
  • Practical exercises on negotiation and mediation.
