International trade also involves legal aspects, like customs (formalities and forms), VAT and deliveries outside the EU. As both issues are very complicated, they became the core business of some specialised law firms and consulting companies. Therefore, it is not the intention that graduates will become experts in these fields. The course aims at offering the students a basic knowledge and understanding of the legal fields that are important for any future international trade. Graduates will be aware of which legal aspects they have to deal with in case of export or import.
