Learning Outcomes

General competences

To understand the laws and regulation guiding foreign investment in China, and especially the latest development in liberalizing investment in China by introducing pre-establishment rule and negative list model regarding market access for foreign investors. Specific discussion will be made to the Category of industry for foreign investment, the on-going negotiation of China-US BIT, China-EU BIT etc.
