Learning Outcomes

General competences

This course aims to systematically explain the basic principles of the intellectual property law and intellectual property protection in China, and it emphasizes on the special discussion on the theoretical and practical issues of Chinese intellectual property law.

The course intends to help the students to master the basic knowledge of intellectual property, and understand the effect of intellectual property in trade, as well as the latest development of Chinese intellectual property law.

The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Other Exam determines 100% of the final mark.

Within the Other Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Paper with a relative weight of 100 which comprises 100% of the final mark.
