By the end of this course, students have obtained a more detailed knowledge and comprehension of the legal foundations of the Belgian social security system through the study of essential parts of which have not been dealth with in the basic course of social security law.
The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Written Exam determines 100% of the final mark.
Within the Written Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:
Exam questions evaluate to what extent students are able to reproduce and explain the material for the examination and to make use of this material.
Students are allowed to use codes. Underlining and making of cross-references are allowed. Codes may not be annotated. The use of annotated codes will not be allowed during the exam.
The supplementary Teaching and Examination Regulations of your faculty stipulate whether an allowed unsatisfactory mark for this programme unit is permitted.
