Working forms:
The problem-based education takes place in small groups where video recordings of doctor-patient consultations are discussed starting from the communication problems or needs experienced by the doctors themselves. The discussion is led by a facilitator. Afterwards, the training specialist makes a reflection report on this.
Teaching about specific communication topics such as the bad news conversation, communication with colleagues and/or giving a presentation is done in plenary sessions in lectures and in work sessions in groups of 20-25 students. In the work sessions the students are taught techniques to communicate better and they get the opportunity to practice in a role play, among other things.
