Study and interpretation of clinical scientific research concerning syndromes that are dealt with during internships and relate to the final objectives as defined under “physician” level expert plus.
WORKING METHODS
Participate in congresses of the Royal Belgian Association for Ear-, Nose-, Throat-, Head- and Neck Surgery, 3 days (6h each), 1 day (spring meeting) is composed of presentations from assistants.
Interactive seminars: during weekly postgraduate/department meetings (1h/week, each time also 1h for guidance of Masters’ students): case discussions, present a scientific subject concerning Otorhinolaryngology, present own scientific work.
Interuniversity response lecture: 5x4h of response colleges per year for 2 years (level expert and expert plus)
Referring evenings in the own department: 2x/year (3h each) or equivalent referring evenings in other departments internally or externally from UZ Brussels.
