Learn to communicate in a multidisciplinary environment on:  

  • Communication in practice (conversations, letters, meetings, case discussions, ASO as a trainer...) 

  • Acute interventions 

The ASO will learn to communicate in a multidisciplinary environment on discipline-bound topics: 

  • Empathic attitude towards patients and their family 

  • Informed consent towards the patient and their family regarding the treatment, check to what extent the provided information is understood.  

  • Communication and knowledge on specific aspects of patient rights and legislation concerning unwilling patients. 

The ASO is to operate with increasing autonomy and complexity.
