  • Annual congress of the Belgian Association for Pediatrics 

  • Scientific meetings of the Belgian Association for Pediatrics 

  • Annual congress of the Dutch Association for Pediatrics 

  • Other national or international congresses also qualify, if approved by internship coordinator 

  • MANDATORY: finish the Manama Master’s thesis 

  • MANDATORY: at least 1 publication as first author in a peer-reviewed journal (necessary to meet the minimal requirements for recognition as a pediatrician by the accreditation committee).
