The Master of Science in Physics and Astronomy, minor Research is composed of:
- 30 ECTS-credits compulsory courses
- 30 ECTS-credits master thesis
- 10/12 ECTS-credits external mobility courses
- 50/48 ECTS-credits minor Research electives
In total, this academic plan comprises 120 ECTS credits.

Second year Master Compulsory courses

Minimum 10 ECTS-credits and maximum 12 ECTS-credits mobility courses; as mobility course the student can choose courses from another university or do an internship at a (inter)national research institution. For this, the student should contact the responsibles of the mobility courses.
