Overview of the study plan

In addition to the regular curriculum of the programme an alternative participation track is available for a small group of selected research students / researchers of the VUB.
This formula allows research students and researchers of the VUB to participate in the programme with a reduced price and workload, while obtaining the full post-graduate certificate. Due to the budgetary constraints the number of places availa-ble in this track is limited to 6 per year. The track is open to the VUB research students (MA, MSc, Phd) and VUB researchers, who are pursuing an academic study on a topic closely related to the topics addressed in our programme.
While applying, the candidates present an Individual Research Plans (IRS), such that its course will allow them to participate in at least 90 instruction / contact hours and collect at least 20 out of 24 study points, out of which up to 8 study points may be assigned for the successful completion of their individual research described in the IRS. The IRS proposed upon application must be accepted of a VUB-based research advisor of the applicant.
