Learning Outcomes

OLR 1 The master MT has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the neuromusculoskeletal system that enable the evaluation of normal and impaired function
OLR 2 The MT master has in-depth knowledge and insight into the way in which a manual therapist can apply the biopsychosocial model in relation to neuromusculoskeletal dysfunctions
OLR 3 The master MT has in-depth knowledge and insight into national and international laws and regulations with regard to manual therapy
OLR 4 The master MT can fluently apply the manual therapeutic research and treatment methods of the neuromusculoskeletal system in a clinical setting
OLR 5 The master MT can independently draw up an individual health profile and treatment plan, evaluate the results and adjust the manual therapeutic intervention based on best evidence
OLR 6 The master MT can interpret medical results in the context of neuromusculoskeletal therapy
OLR 7 In collaboration with other care providers, the master MT can coordinate care provision as efficiently and effectively as possible
OLR 8 The master MT can interpret the results of clinical applied scientific research in the context of neuromusculoskeletal therapy
OLR 9 The master MT can set up his own research and write down the results correctly in the form of a scientific article in a peer-reviewed journal
OLR 10 The master MT is able to present and defend the results of his / her own research in a scientifically responsible manner using modern means of communication for both a national and international audience
OLR 11 The master MT has the communication and social skills necessary to develop a professional career
OLR 12 The master MT has a (self) critical attitude towards (own) clinical thinking and acting
OLR 13 The master MT has an attitude of lifelong learning through critical reflection before and after care provision and continuous training
OLR 14 The MT master needs an unconventional, ethical and fair attitude to be able to cope with the current and future challenges of the profession as citizens of the world.
OLR 15 The MT master has an autonomous investigative attitude towards new developments in healthcare
