During the first week of the academic year, students have the opportunity to practice a number of professional and academic competencies that will prepare them for further education and the professional field. Specifically, students are given five days of workshops, lectures, assignments and study material within a number of predefined themes:
- Tools and methods in order search scientific literature
- Characteristics of scientific and academic Dutch
- Time management
- Group dynamics and collaboration
- Receiving and ginving feedback
- Course material
- Digital course material (Recommended) : Slides and presentations, Canvas
