Course Content

This course focusses on theories and insights with regard to communication skills (suck as active listening, feedback, motivational interviewing) and interactional processes (such as therapeutic positioning, coping with countertransference). Communicational and interactional skills are practiced in role play and exercises. Furthermore, this course focuses upon reflection of communicative/interactional skills.

Other Exam determines 50% of the final mark.
PRAC Practical Assignment determines 50% of the final mark.

  • Practical assignments with a relative weight of 50 which comprises 50% of the final mark.
